I'd like to extend my appreciation to everyone who encouraged and assisted me.
Thanks to those who signed my petitions so I could be on the ballot, and the wonderful people who donated towards the cost of signs and literature.
Thanks to my gramma who rolled almost all of my flyers and my mama for letting us use her house every weekend for 2 months as a staging ground for volunteers.
My love goes to the selfless ones who gave up their weekends to help me hang literature on peoples' doors; and my gratitude to the believers who proudly displayed my signs on your property.
It's an honor to thank the 1944 Voters who chose me when they cast their ballot.
